Manufacturers of Precision Engineered Sheet Metal Products Hilton Manufacturing commenced business in 1976 and now operates from a modern factory of 10,000 sq. Meters, located in Dandenong, in the South East area of Melbourne. To meet increased business demands of our customers in Queensland, Hilton Manufacturing has recently established a second manufacturing plant of 4000 sq. Meters in size, in the South West region of Brisbane. Hilton is now the preferred supplier to Volvo & Mack, Kenworth, Mercedes, Iveco and Western Star of fuel tanks and associated mounting components. Hilton Manufacturing also supplies all of the Australian truck companies with aftermarket products and is a major supplier to truck aftermarket of its own unique fuel tank products via its distributors located around Australia.

Hilton Manufacturing has used the skills it has developed for the local truck industry to gain export orders to Tata/Daewoo in Korea, Hino, Nissan and Isuzu in Japan, Scania in Sweden and Westport in Canada.

In recent years, Hilton Manufacturing initiated a program to upgrade its equipment to enable it to offer the latest manufacturing processes to its clients. This new equipment enables Hilton Manufacturing to offer its client’s products at the highest quality standard whilst keeping the manufacturing costs down. Hilton Manufacturing is Quality Accredited to ISO9001 and is working towards ISO14000 Environmental.

Hilton Manufacturing’s strong commitment to the environment is evident through a recent review of our water usage and the implementation of a range of process changes. The current usage figures indicate the company has reduced its average daily usage by 90% on previous usage records.
